SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped from South Korea. We dispatch orders on the next business day. Orders that are placed after the 11:00 AM (KST) cut-off time on a Friday afternoon will be dispatched on the following Monday, due to our office being closed on the weekends.

We do our best to provide reliable delivery across Australia.

Yun Express Korea (Standard Shipping)- Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days

FedEx shipping- Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Customs clearance, weather conditions and local courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
Our standard shipping courier now delivers to P.O. boxes, APO, & DPO addresses. Please note FedEx shipping doesn't ship to these addresses.

There are some remote areas that can cost extra shipping fees. (In this case, we will contact you directly.)

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order, as incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery delays.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

As orders are shipped internationally, import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply depending on Australian customs requirements. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number on the website of the shipping courier below.
